Privacy & your data

Fleece Fantasy is a fantasy basketball service. For privacy questions, waitlist removal, account-data requests, or support, email ezee@fleecefantasyapp.com. We may ask you to verify ownership of an address or account before acting on a request.

If you reserve a spot, we store your email address, signup time, the version of your signup consent, and whether we have sent the launch notification. We use this list to notify you about launch, not to sell your information or sign you up for unrelated marketing. Request removal at the address above. Any launch email will include an unsubscribe link.

When you use the app, we process account details, your chosen display and team names, team icons, league memberships, settings, rosters, bids, transactions, prediction holdings, and point-ledger history to operate the game. Authorized league members can see league information and public gameplay activity. Private offers and owner-only information are restricted by the service's access rules.

Cloudflare hosts the website and launch list, provides Turnstile abuse protection, and may process network and security information when you visit. Supabase provides app authentication and database hosting. The public landing site does not connect to Supabase. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics where enabled. The app stores sign-in sessions, preferences, and pending transaction-recovery keys in your browser or device storage.

We retain information while it is needed to operate the service, fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, handle requests, and maintain security and game integrity. The launch list can be removed on request. Account deletion and anonymization requests are handled through the contact address; immutable league, competition, and point-ledger records may need to be retained or de-identified to preserve other participants' history. There is currently no self-service account deletion control.
